Review - Mini RC Seawind Float Plane – Beautiful Maiden Flight

When I first prepared this plane, I thought, I doubted if it will even float well. I and my friends have had many types of Seawind planes and never had good luck with them. Anyway, I had to flight review it, so I put it in the water, and enjoy it as a boat, then get my courage and off we go. Wow, it was so smooth in the air as soon as it left the water. It delivered superb flight performance and beautiful smooth passes. The only bad thing about it was the soft propeller that could not take full throttle. Motor has tons of power, CG balances real well and this plane fly’s just brilliant. This is the maiden flight, a 2^nd flight with lower beautiful passes over water will follow. I am happy to begin this exciting flight review series of 13 Awesome and very fun to fly Mini Planes. We are starting with Swallow micro EDF jet. It took me a while to find out the best CG location for this plane and after that it flew superb. This is the test flight video meant for our client to see their ordered machine in action. We also tested the working of HF-X camera gimbal during this test flight and results were very nice. HF-X Camera gimbal is from havafilm Turkey. It is very easy to fit on various Multirotors and replaces the landing skids and gears, and it’s a perfect fit for F450s and F550s. My Lanyu P51 Mustang Miss America is one of the best RC P51 Planes I ever had. Stock setup was great, but after I modified the plane for 4S lipo Setup, it was a totally different animal. With Slow electric retracts it looks more real in the air and adds a joy of flying a full scale warbird. New powerful motor spins a 12 inch wooden propeller and not only puts the plane to a straight vertical climb but also gives plenty of speed on the plane.

In this video you can enjoy the flight by sunset, smoothest lowest passes and one of THE lowest pass with touch and go I ever had on this big bird. Enjoy the flight video.

4 years have passed and my Sapac T-45 BAE Hawk RC EDF jet is still alive and kicking. Stock motor, Stock EDF unit, Stock servos are still working just great, plane body / foam color is fading away, yet the plane still flies like a dream. I just replaced the ESC to 40A to use 4S lipo setup, after which I had more power, some vertical climb and tons of speed on this sweet old bird of mine. This is an unboxing, indoor review where we will take a closer look at the OSD and talk about its features. You can also look at, two types of OSD modes / OSD screens it offers. LotusRC T580P+ Brutal Flight Testing

LotusRC sent me their T580P+ for video reviews and testing a number of times and every time I ended up with a flip of death, a crash and or burned ESC. I finally decided to quit on this product. Until last month, when LotusRC sent me the Newest T580P+ again with a special request and assurance that this time, Flip of Death, ESC Burning issue is really gone. I did not want to do this anymore but I agreed to test it one last time.

Just this last time

I decided to test it again, as LotusRC states “This time the issues have been resolved. If this time anyone buys the new T580P+ and ESC burns and or it has flip of death crash, LotusRC will replace the stuff for free”

Dah, big statement right? So I trust them and agreed to test it once again. But this time I take things to brutal level. I flew new T580P+ a couple of times, the same way as you see in this video. Each time flew for 20+ minutes on single 4250mAh 3S battery and had no signs of ESC heating up, Flip of death or any crash.

Well its time to put on the payload and test it again. So my next testing will be to put two batteries in parallel and enough payload that is equvivalent to a DSLR Camera, say 700g. and then will do the same testing again a couple of flights. If this time it can survive all this testing, I will take LotusRC words that problems are no more and will support this product, sell this product.

But if it had a crash? Well that’s it. No more T580P+ testing again. Enjoy this video. 2003 Honda CBR600RR New Walk Around

I have been riding my 2003 Honda CBR600RR regularly as its summer time and nights are cool. Last week I found that my right foot rest was almost hanging with one loose screw. Checked the bike and found some more loose places. I ran to local bike market and got myself the most essential tools and spent a couple of hours making the bike fit. Took the right and left covers off, added new turn signals, cleaned things up, added and tightened all the important places and screws, washed the bike and added some make up for my baby.

After those few hours, there she was. The stunning and most sexy girlfriend I can ever have. Check out the new walkaround and a crazy ride clips.

My Old KDS700E is still alive and kicking, though some strange sounds from the main gear are telling me that this old buddy needs some maintenance. I am still flying it and will try to bring it out most often when ever I can to keep my rusty 3D Skills polished and maybe practice few new moves.
