UAV Autonomous Flight System – New OFM Autopilot

This is the Autopilot, new Autonomous flight system for Fixed wing and Multirotors that I have been talking about with some of my viewers. Here in this video I release the very first unofficial close look and talk about some of its features. This is going to be very affordable system and will offer 2 waypoints for now, for testing purpose but afterwards 10 or more waypoints can be added easily. For now we are planning to release it for fixed wing aircraft and delta wings only, but after successful flights we will release the multirotor version as well.

This new Autopilot will offer, Plane stabilization, Altitude hold and Altitude control using a radio control knob, GPS Waypoints autonomous flight, Failsafe Auto return to home, and On demand RTH features. Full configure able by supplied USB Cable and simple ground control station.

Its also very flexible and that it will take any GPS antenna and Data radios. Just need to remap the pins as per Autopilots pin layout which is piece of cake. Using Data radios it will offer full live flight telemetry and plane location on map. Uploading waypoints is really easy using Google earth Map path or direct entry of GPS coordinates if you know them correct.

For now its pending its first flight testing on Fixed wing aircraft. As soon as weather clears out I am going to test its features for autonomous flight and later with data radios to test live flight data telemetry.

We are hoping this will be a new breakthrough and I can assure you, the prices for this new Autopilot are simply going to leave you amazed. This will be an extreme low cost Autonomous flight solution for all of us. Subscribe and stay informed.
